Jesi Malloy

Jesi Malloy has a diverse work experience spanning across various healthcare organizations. They started their career as a Senior Design Intern at Northside Hospital, where they focused on improving efficiency in surgical services. After that, they worked as an Operations Improvement Consultant at VHA Georgia, where they redesigned and implemented the company website and improved the Labor Trend Management System for DeKalb Medical Center.

Malloy then joined DeKalb Medical Center as a Management Engineer, where they coordinated hospital financial data and worked on performance improvement projects. They then moved to HCA Healthcare, where they held multiple roles including Decision Support Analyst, Director of Management Engineering at Centennial Medical Center, and Process Improvement Manager at Tristar Health System. In these roles, they led Lean events and classes, facilitated meetings with executives to determine project priorities, and implemented Lean healthcare practices.

After their time at HCA Healthcare, Malloy joined LifePoint Health as the Director of Quality Operations and Clinical Data. They directed data automation and process improvement projects, automated reporting for quality and case management data, and designed a national quality program in partnership with Duke University Health System.

Currently, Malloy is working at Premier Inc. as the Principal of Population Health Collaborative. In this role, they provide data-driven, performance improvement advisory services and analyze performance on key performance indicators to recommend improvements in quality and total cost of care. They also launched benchmarking programs for ACOs and BPCI, implemented claims analytics software, and received the Premier Values Team Award for their work.

Jesi Malloy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. They also have a Master's degree in Health Systems from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Jesi obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in 2009, and as a Lean Facilitator from Healthcare Performance Partners in 2008.
