Chilufya Mutale

Chilufya Mutale has held various positions in the financial services sector since 2012. In 2012, they were a Branch Manager at FINCA Zambia. In 2013, they moved to FINCA Malawi as a Project Manager - Express Loans. Chilufya then returned to FINCA Zambia in 2014 as an SE Credit Manager and Project Manager - Retail Banking. In 2015, they were promoted to Head - Customer Offerings (Retail Banking) and Acting Chief Operations Officer. In 2016, they became the CEO, CxO, and Executive Director of ExpressCredit.co.zm. In 2019, they were a Director, Financial Services Consultant at BlueOrange Finance Group, and Co-Founder and CEO of PremierCredit Zambia Limited.

Chilufya Mutale's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Natural Resources Management from the University of Zambia from 2004 to 2009, a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Project Management from Cavendish University from 2010 to 2011, a Certified Expert in SME Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 2014 to 2015, and a Certified Expert in Risk Management from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2016.
