Cassie Miao (Zhusong)

Cassie (Zhusong) Miao is a seasoned food technologist with extensive experience in product development and analytical testing. Currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Premio Foods Inc., Cassie oversees new product development, conducts shelf-life tests, validates cooking instructions, and collaborates with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams. Previous roles include R&D Chemist at Cargill, where Cassie managed sweetener profile analyses and improved fermentation product yields, and Lab Technician at Davisco Foods, focusing on pharmaceutical lactose powder and food safety analyses.
