Dave Hoogsteen

Dave Hoogsteen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dave has held various roles in talent acquisition and management at different companies. In their most recent role as VP of Talent Acquisition at Premise Health, they have been responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives. Prior to that, they worked as AVP of Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company.

Before joining Premise Health, Dave served as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at SmileDirectClub, where they played a key role in revolutionizing the invisible aligner market through 3D printing and telehealth technologies. Dave also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Americas at Stratasys, a pioneer in 3D printing and additive manufacturing.

Dave's work experience also includes positions at Epicor Software, where they worked as a Director of Talent Acquisition, Americas, and Career Professionals, where they served as a Senior Recruiter/Account Executive. Additionally, they played professional hockey as a member of the NIJB team from 1999 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Dave has consistently demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and management, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have been a part of.
