Erica Walter

Erica Walter started their work experience in 2009 at Family Behavioral Resources, where they worked in various roles. Erica began as a Therapeutic Support Staff and eventually worked their way up to become an Area Operations Director. In this executive role, Erica was responsible for forecasting and budgeting assigned service lines, overseeing profit and loss, and managing a team of 14 direct reports and approximately 250 employees. Erica successfully decreased bad debt from 3% to 1.5% by implementing Lean Six Sigma methodology and resolving critical operational issues. In 2020, Erica joined Premise Health as the Director of Client Operations.

Erica Walter holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Erica obtained this degree from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Relations from the same university, from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Erica has obtained certifications as a Change Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from Acuity Institute. Erica is also a Licensed Behavioral Specialist.
