Jerry Francis has a strong background in healthcare sales and management. Jerry worked at Premise Health as the Vice President of Nearsite Sales, where they were responsible for delivering exceptional care to clients and connecting them to the broader healthcare ecosystem. Prior to that, Jerry held various roles at Concentra, including Director of Sales - North TX/West TX and Health Services Manager. In these positions, they managed sales teams and achieved revenue targets, as well as identified new business opportunities and secured relationships with employer accounts. Before Concentra, Jerry worked as an Employer Relations Specialist at Aegis Health Group, where they used data-driven marketing strategies to connect local consumers, including employers, with hospitals. Overall, Jerry has a proven track record in sales, revenue growth, and customer service within the healthcare industry.

Jerry Francis attended multiple institutions for their education. From 1995 to 1996, they attended Austin College, focusing on Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science & Sport Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2000.
