Jonelle Marchese

Jonelle Marchese has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jonelle is currently working as the Director of Client Operations at Premise Health since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Director at Bene-Care Inc. from April 2012 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director, Consumer Service at Liazon from January 2011 to April 2012. Jonelle also worked as the Patient Communications Director at Allcare Dental from February 2010 to December 2010. Additionally, they have experience working at Citi Bank as the VP, Sr. Transaction Operations Manager from August 2008 to February 2010 and at HSBC Bank as the VP, Customer Relationship Center from April 2005 to July 2008. Jonelle started their career as a Manager at Barrister Global Services from March 2001 to December 2003.

Jonelle Marchese attended Genesee Community College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued a field of study in graphic design. Jonelle then furthered their education at Buffalo State College, majoring in Business, until 1999. Prior to attending college, Jonelle graduated from Lackawanna High School in 1988, receiving a Regents diploma. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Life, Accident & Health from the NYS institution.
