Nathan R. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Nathan currently serves as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Premise Health, where they have implemented new client programs and improved the company's strategy, resulting in expected client savings of over $10 million per year. Nathan provides oversight and leadership to pharmacy managers across the Premise Health network and has streamlined internal communications through virtual data sharing platforms. Prior to this, Nathan worked at Walgreens as a Registered Manager, Local Worksite Pharmacy, where they implemented strategies for promoting generic utilization and formulary efficiency. Nathan also enhanced a medication synchronization program and strengthened provider collaboration. Before their role at Walgreens, Nathan worked as a Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at Target. Nathan ensured compliance with policies and regulations and provided excellent guest service. Nathan also had a previous role as an MPI Intergrity Specialist at The Medibase Group.

Nathan R. holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Green Belt Healthcare Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2021, The Pharmacist & Patient-Centered Diabetes Care certification from the American Pharmacists Association in 2015, Delivering Medication Therapy Management Services certification from the American Pharmacists Association in 2015, and Immunization Certification from the American Pharmacists Association in 2011. Nathan also holds various licenses, including an Oregon Pharmacist License, a Pharmacy Technician license from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, and a Tennessee Pharmacist License.
