Carolina Montes Naranjo

Carolina Montes Naranjo has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies. From 2014 to the present, they have worked at Premise, starting as a Trainee and progressing to roles such as Service Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Unit Manager, and currently as the Client Service Director, Colombia. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing budgets, maintaining key accounts, acquiring new clients, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

In addition to their work at Premise, Carolina co-founded Filage Knitwear in 2017. This Colombian brand specializes in women's knitwear and has its own textile production workshop.

Prior to their time at Premise and Filage Knitwear, Carolina worked as a Practicante Lean Six Sigma at 3M from July 2013 to August 2014.

Overall, Carolina has gained valuable experience in client management, business development, team leadership, and process improvement throughout their career.

Carolina Montes Naranjo completed a Diploma in Marketing at Universidad de La Sabana in 2017. In 2014, they also participated in a Professional Training Program at the same university. Carolina obtained a degree in International Business Administration from Universidad de La Sabana between 2009 and 2014.
