Katharina Gruber

Katharina Gruber is an experienced leader in performance management and project management within the aerospace industry, currently serving as Head of Performance Management for the Single Aisle Program at Premium AEROTEC since December 2017. In this role, Katharina leads program changes, negotiates with customers, and oversees the planning and monitoring of cross-organizational budgets. Prior to this position, Katharina held various roles including Program and Project Manager at Premium AEROTEC, Project Manager at RUAG Aerostructures, and Business Process Manager at RUAG Aerospace Structures GmbH. Katharina's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor's degree in Double-Degree Engineering Science from the Technical University of Munich and the University of Salzburg.
