Roman Damschke

Roman Damschke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roman worked as the Head of Machining at Premium AEROTEC starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Werkleiter at Karl Bachl Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG from June 2021 to April 2022.

From January 2018 to June 2021, Roman held the positions of Head of Engineering Customizing Center and Site Manager at Diehl Aviation. Roman also worked as a Senior Manager Tool-Engineering at Diehl Aviation from September 2007 to December 2017.

Before joining Diehl Aviation, Roman was self-employed in the construction industry from February 2001 to September 2012 under the name Dibas Roman Damschke. Roman has also worked at Airbus as the Head of Production Airduct Longrange from August 2004 to August 2007 and at RKM für Airbus as a Recovery/Versions-Manager from July 2002 to July 2003.

Roman started their career at Drozak Consulting, where they worked as a consultant from January 2001 until 2002.

Roman Damschke attended FHTW Berlin from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH). Their field of study revolved around Wirtschaftswissenschaften, specifically Betriebsorganisation Controlling.
