Ken Harrisberger

Ken Harrisberger has a long history of work experience. In 1985, they started at Standard Abrasives, Inc. as the Corporate Controller, where they were responsible for preparing corporate financial reports and had P&L responsibility for cost control and margins. Ken then moved up to become the Senior Vice President Finance / Secretary (CFO/COO), managing Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, and Finance, Customer Service, and Inside Sales (Contract Pricing) operations with full P&L accountability. In 2007, Ken moved to 3M as President of the Standard Abrasives Division, where they were responsible for directing operations within a $1B Abrasive Systems Division encompassing 370 employees in 3 manufacturing facilities, in addition to sales offices in the United States, Germany, and France. Ken also drove international sales in more than 30 countries. In 2008, Ken took on the role of President at Standard Solutions Corp., a consulting group specializing in strategic business development, finance & accounting services, employee development and training. In 2009, Ken became a Board Member and Chief Operating Officer at Saddlemen, the largest manufacture of Motorcycle seats, luggage and saddlebags in the Nation. In 2014, Ken took on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Orly International, Inc. In 2015, they became a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Storm Industries, Inc. Finally, in 2018, Ken became the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Premium Quality Lighting, a leader in the lighting industry.

Ken Harrisberger earned their MBA in Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1987, and their BA in Accounting from the same university in 1983.
