Jackson Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jackson has held various product management and strategy roles throughout their career. Most recently, they worked at Prenda as the Director of Product for the Microschool Experience. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product - Learning Experience at the same company. Jackson also served as a Product Manager at Prenda, focusing on student-to-student collaborative experiences. Before joining Prenda, Jackson worked at Letter as a member of the Product, Strategy, and Operations team. Jackson also founded Common Lodge, which eventually merged with Letter. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at Cengage and as the Chief Strategy Officer at Learnmetrics. Additionally, they have experience in the education sector, having served as the Head of Pedagogical Product at Freckle Education (formerly Front Row) and as a High School Math Teacher through Teach For America. Jackson's earliest work experience was as an Investment Banking Analyst at Sagent Advisors, where they worked on sell-side and buy-side acquisitions.
Jackson Edwards received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Marketing, Management & Strategy, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation, from 2012 to 2014. Jackson also obtained a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University during the same period, with a specialization in Operations and Design. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business for three semesters in 2007 and 2008, concentrating on Finance.
