Kristy MacLennan Williams

Kristy MacLennan Williams is currently the head of people at Prenda. Prior to that, they were an independent consultant for Ready to Blend from October 2017 to July 2018, researching and writing for the Acton Academy Toolshed Project. Before that, they were the chair and founder of the Women in Business Conference at Brigham Young University from January 2011 to October 2011. And prior to that, they were a senior analyst - planning at US Airways from January 2006 to May 2007.

Kristy MacLennan Williams holds a BS in Economics and English from Brigham Young University.

They are on a team with Brian Packer - Head of Partnerships, Ryan Congdon - Head of Customer Success, and Patricia Laystrom - Chief Growth Officer. Their manager is Kelly Smith, Founder & CEO.
