Position Overview
Are you a creative powerhouse who thrives on driving results and contributing directly to revenue growth? We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. This role goes beyond creating beautiful content—it’s about developing and executing content strategies that drive e-commerce sales across multiple platforms and channels.In this role, you’ll create high-converting paid ads, engaging e-commerce content, and impactful social media campaigns, while ensuring everything aligns with our premium brand identity. You’ll leverage your design, copywriting, and analytical skills to help IM8 scale its revenue goals and optimize performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-impact, conversion-focused content for organic and paid social media campaigns (static images, videos, and copy) designed to drive e-commerce sales and subscriptions.
  • Write persuasive and engaging copy optimized for driving clicks and conversions across social media, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
  • Create high-quality visuals and assets such as infographics, icons, product-focused diagrams, and performance-driven ad creatives.
  • Produce video content tailored for e-commerce and social media platforms, including scripting, editing, voiceovers, and music, while managing usage rights.
  • Plan and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and increase product sales.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., CTR, ROAS, AOV) to analyze campaign success and provide actionable insights.
  • Test and iterate on content to improve performance, ensuring each campaign achieves revenue-driving objectives.
  • Manage e-commerce-specific tasks, including creating and monitoring promo codes, ensuring accurate product listings, and optimizing website content to increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with seasonal sales strategies and product launches.
  • Maintain and organize IM8’s library of brand assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility for the team.
  • Uphold and enhance IM8’s premium brand identity across all touchpoints to build trust and loyalty with customers.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and generate data-driven insights for campaign optimization.
  • Use AI-driven tools for content inspiration, reporting, and process automation while maintaining quality and originality.
  • Work closely with the wider IM8 team to execute seamless campaigns that align with revenue targets.
  • Assist with lead generation and nurturing prospects through personalized email campaigns, dynamic content, and targeted ads.
