Luby Sin

Luby Sin has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of operations and process improvement. Luby most recently served as the Vice President of Lab Operations at Prenetics, where they successfully led the laboratory operations in Hong Kong and Thailand. Luby implemented policies and procedures to accommodate increased sample volume, optimizing workflow and productivity. Prior to their role at Prenetics, they worked as a Director at Intertek Testing Services (HK) Limited, focusing on productivity and process improvement. Luby initiated and led lean programs, challenged existing processes, and collaborated across functional teams to deliver efficient solutions. Luby also served as a Senior Project Manager at Bureau Veritas, conducting global business process re-engineering initiatives and managing cross-functional implementations. At the start of their career, Luby gained experience in global account management at Intertek Testing Services (HK) Limited.

Luby Sin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Luby is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
