Craig Robinson has over 35 years of experience in the technology and accounting fields. Craig began their career in 1985 as a Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG, where they consulted with clients for tax planning and compliance issues, reviewed/prepared federal, state, and municipal tax returns, and assisted with financial audits. In 1991, they moved to SCS Compute, a software development company of integrated tax and business applications, where they designed and programmed federal, state, and municipal income tax software, drafted online help and customer documentation manuals, and conducted technical training courses. In 1998, they joined Moss Adams as a Sr. Project Manager, where they managed Solomon accounting software and add-on product implementation projects, taught end-user training classes, and provided technical support. Craig then moved to Select Systems in 1999, where they provided pre-sale consulting for Solomon accounting software, created custom accounting and operations reports using Crystal Reports, and taught end-user training classes and provided product technical support. In 2000, they joined Saltmine as a Business Analyst, conducting client discovery meetings, analyzing client business plans, and gathering business and technical requirements for designing web-based applications. Craig then moved to SAP Concur in 2001, where they coordinated cross-functional teams to execute on-time, cost-effective, and successful hosted installations of expense management systems, planned and managed corporate expense management product upgrades and special applications for hosted clients, and co-authored client Reference Manuals for hosted expense management systems. In 2004, they joined Spring2 Technologies as a Sr. Consultant, where they implemented and managed ERP projects for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, and Oracle NetSuite, taught formal GP and SL training sessions, and provided technical product support for clients. In 2017, they joined Eide Bailly Technology as a Manager - Technology Consulting, managing Dynamics GP consulting teams and starting initial research and planning for developing a Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. Craig then moved to PrenticeWorx in 2019, where they implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, provided pre-sale consulting, designed, deployed, and tested integration strategies, and gave product demos.
Craig Robinson obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University between 1976 and 1983. Craig then went on to complete a MAcc in Accounting from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business between 1983 and 1985.
