Benny Boas

Benny Boas is an accomplished CEO, advisor, and investor with extensive experience in workforce development and digital education. Currently serving as CEO of Upright Education since January 2021, Benny leads initiatives that address workforce re-training and rapid re-skilling crucial for today's job market. In addition, Benny provides advisory services at Prentus and invests in Offered.ai, an AI-powered platform for personalized job seeker recommendations. Benny previously founded and led Burlington Code Academy, a platform renowned for its high job placement rates, which was acquired in January 2022. Earlier career roles include UX designer positions at The Bloc and UNIFIED, as well as an apprenticeship at McCann Worldgroup. Benny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences from Bennington College.
