Bret Baumbach

Bret Baumbach is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams. Currently serving as Head of Field Operations at Prepared since May 2025, Bret previously held roles including Vice President of Sales at Owner.com, where revenue grew by 227% YoY, and Director of Sales at OpenGov Inc., achieving a record 185% revenue attainment prior to its acquisition by Cox Enterprises. As Senior Director of Business Development at Verkada, Bret was instrumental in creating the Verkademy organization, significantly enhancing sales performance and quota attainment across teams. Prior roles at ASAP Semiconductor and Tesla included pivotal leadership positions that resulted in substantial revenue increases and industry recognition. A graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Bret also showcased strong leadership as a student-athlete and in community engagement roles.
