Kritika Maran

Kritika Maran has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kritika started their career in 2016 as a Business Process Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked from July 2016 to October 2017. Kritika then pursued a legal internship at LEX ARDENT from October 2021 to January 2022. Kritika also gained experience in the field of Human Resources, starting as a Human Resources Trainee at Unschool from June 2022 to August 2022. Kritika then worked at Bhuvi IT Solutions as a Human Resources Executive and Talent Acquisition Executive from September 2022 to February 2023. Kritika further developed their HR skills as a Human Resources Trainee at NowIntern® from February 2023 to March 2023. Kritika'smost recent work experience is as an HR Interviewer at PREPCA, a position they currently hold.

Kritika Maran completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Jagran Lakecity University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Economics at Govt. Sarojini Naidu Girls College in Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, from 2015 to 2018. Kritika had earlier studied Commerce at Kendriya Vidyalaya, although the specific duration is unknown.

In terms of additional certifications, Kritika Maran obtained several courses and achievements. In 2023, they completed various training courses such as HR Analytics, HR Generalist and Payroll, Interview Cracking Skills, MS Excel Advanced, and Talent Acquisition at TAREEQA GLOBAL SOLUTION. Kritika also participated in the NATIONAL PRIDE POSTER MAKING COMPETITION (HANDMADE) organized by Lexlawgical Club at Manipal University Jaipur in June 2021.
