Roman Mashchak

Roman Mashchak has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Roman is currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager at Intellias since June 2022. Prior to this, Roman worked as the COO at Prepler starting from December 2019.

From December 2016 to December 2019, Roman held the position of CEO at SoftBistro, where they were responsible for driving company growth and overseeing sales and marketing operations. Before that, they served as the Managing Partner at SoftBistro from May 2014 to December 2016.

Roman also worked at Chegg Inc. as a Regional Manager from May 2014 to December 2019.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at ELEKS from October 2012 to May 2014 and as a Marketing Manager at SoftServe from August 2004 to October 2012.

Roman also had a leadership role as a member of AIESEC from September 2005 to December 2007.

Roman Mashchak attended Lviv Institute of Management from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing.
