Valentine Alexi

Valentine Alexi is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic development and project management. As CEO of PrepLounge since June 2020, Valentine manages a team of twelve across Sales, Marketing, and IT, focusing on corporate strategy and project planning. Previously, Valentine served as an HR Specialist at PENNY International, leading international employer branding projects and enhancing HR strategies. Earlier roles include Business Developerin at PrepLounge and an internship at PwC, where strategic international projects were supported. Valentine holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Human Resource Development and Communication Management and is pursuing further education as a Systemic Coach.
