Nataliia Chervak

Nataliia Chervak has a strong background in human resources and people management. Their most recent role was as a Global People Business Lead (Engineering) at Preply, where they are responsible for overseeing the human resources function for the engineering department. Prior to that, they worked as a Global People Business Partner (Engineering) at Preply.

Before joining Preply, Nataliia worked at Star as a Global People Business Partner (Commercial & Design) and at Sandoz as a People and Organization (HR) Business Partner. At Sandoz, they provided strategic and high-quality HR support to Franchise & Function Heads, covered all stages of talent management, and led the implementation of a new performance management approach.

Nataliia also has extensive experience at Mondelēz International, where they held various HR roles. Nataliia served as an HR Business Lead for the Vyshhorod Plant, partnering with business leaders to assess HR needs and deliver on plant and function performance. Nataliia also served as an HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions, an HR Operations Partner, and was involved in labor relations. Throughout their roles at Mondelēz International, they focused on fostering a high-performing team culture, building organizational capability, and creating a learning culture.

Nataliia Chervak earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History from the Central European University in 2011. Prior to that, they received another Master of Arts (MA) degree in History from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, completing their studies in 2010. In 2010, they also briefly studied German Language and Literature at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
