Andrea C. Ramirez has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate responsibility, sustainability, and research. Andrea C. is currently working at Preqin as the VP, Head of ESG Commercial Strategy, where they lead the company's ESG initiatives. Prior to this role, they held positions as AVP, Head of ESG Client Strategy & ESG SME and Global Lead Corporate Responsibility at Preqin, where they were responsible for designing and implementing their corporate responsibility function. Andrea C. Ramirez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from Universidad del Rosario in 2010-2015 and a Bachelor's degree in Science of Management from Montpellier Business School in 2012-2013. Andrea C. then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Local Economic Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2016-2017. Additionally, they have completed certifications in subjects such as ESG Investing, Alternative Investment, and Climate Change from various institutions including CFA UK, CAIA Association, University of Cambridge, and Harvard University. In 2022, they attended University of Cambridge for a course on Business and Climate Change: Towards Net Zero Emissions. Andrea also plans to continue their education at Harvard University in the field of The Practice of PDIA: Adapting to Climate Change from 2017-2027.
