Kimberly A. Lane

Kimberly A. Lane serves as the Associate Dean of Career & Professional Development at Presbyterian College, where strategic direction is provided for career development initiatives benefiting 1,000 Gen Z candidates. Kimberly manages the operating budget and leads a team of three direct reports. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director of Career Services at Notre Dame College, overseeing a career center that offered services to 2,100 candidates, and managed a team of two professional staff and graduate students. Kimberly also worked as a Job/Project Developer at Lakeland Community College, developing cooperative-education jobs to meet grant outcomes, and built relationships with various organizations. Early career experience includes roles as a Recruiter at Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance and a Human Resources Specialist at Progressive Insurance, focusing on recruitment and performance management. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Counseling & Psychology from The University of West Alabama and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Ohio University.
