Ray Seto is an ordained Reverend in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and serves as a Field Missionary with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) in Northern Virginia since 2015, actively training individuals in children's ministry and expanding outreach programs. With a background in technical support roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and PwC, Ray Seto also held positions in programming and engineering, including an internship at NASA. Ray Seto holds a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary and a degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a certificate in Children's Ministry from the Children's Ministry Institute.
