Tanker Bob Mattes

Tanker Bob Mattes is a seasoned engineer and leader with extensive experience in developmental testing and evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Developmental Test & Evaluation Engineer at Foxhole Technology since August 2009, overseeing various Air Warfare and small arms programs. Mattes has held significant roles in multiple organizations, including Ruling Elder at Presbyterian Church In America, Director and Scholarship Chairman at The Spaatz Association, and various leadership positions within the Department of Defense, including Director of the Comparative Testing Office and Chief of the Office for Technology and Fielding at the Defense Intelligence Agency. With a solid educational foundation, including an MS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University, Mattes has demonstrated a commitment to advancing technology and leadership in military applications while fostering community growth.
