Jessica Davis

Jessica Davis serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Compensation at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, the largest healthcare organization in New Mexico, since March 2009. In this role, Jessica oversees a team of 5 direct reports and 45 HR associates, managing talent acquisition, compensation strategies, HRIS, and regulatory compliance, among other responsibilities. Prior to this position, Jessica held various roles within PHS, including Director of Compensation and Senior Employee Relations Specialist, where responsibilities included comprehensive compensation strategy oversight and employee relations guidance. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles at the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration and French Funerals & Cremations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of New Mexico.
