Natalie Howard

Natalie Howard, MPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and healthcare management. Currently serving as Patient Experience Transformation Manager at Presbyterian Healthcare Services since September 2019, Natalie has previously held various managerial roles at the City of Albuquerque, including Deputy Director of Finance and Process Improvement Project Manager. In these roles, Natalie was responsible for overseeing the Aviation Department's finances and implementing process improvement initiatives. Natalie's career also includes a position as Teaching Faculty at the University of Phoenix, where instruction focused on business administration and management at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Natalie holds a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Mexico.
