Calvin W. has over ten years of experience in post-acute care operations. Calvin has held various leadership positions in different healthcare organizations. Most recently, Calvin worked as the Director of Health Services Operations at Presbyterian Homes of Georgia. Prior to that, they were involved in mission Health Communities, Northridge Health and Rehabilitation, Wellington Healthcare Services, LP, Life Care Centers of America, and PruittHealth, where they gained extensive experience in overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Calvin has also successfully led projects, such as building rewiring and ventilation system repairs, and implemented COVID policies and procedures to protect residents and staff.

Calvin W. has a strong educational background in the fields of Health Administration and Business Administration. Calvin obtained a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Brown University. Furthermore, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology, General from Virginia Commonwealth University.

In addition to their academic achievements, Calvin W. has also obtained certifications in the healthcare field. Calvin is an Assisted Living Community Administrator certified by the State of Georgia, which they obtained in February 2022. Calvin also holds a license as a Nursing Home Administrator, which they obtained in June 2013, also from the State of Georgia.
