Becky Rauen

Becky Rauen has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Becky currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Presbyterian Homes & Services since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Vice President of Human Resources at North Memorial Health from March 2018 to December 2022. At North Memorial Health, they led the people strategy and vision for the organization and was responsible for implementing HR strategies and programs. Before that, they served as the System Director of HR at North Memorial Health from May 2018 to March 2021, where they transformed HR services and aligned talent and workforce strategies with the organization's goals. In addition, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Maple Grove Hospital from June 2015 to May 2018, where they developed and implemented people strategies and partnered with the North Memorial Health System. Becky started their career at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in October 1997 and held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer until June 2015, where they provided strategic direction and oversight to all aspects of Human Resources.

Becky Rauen obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with an emphasis in Management and Psychology from the University of Maryland - Asian Division between 1993 and 1996. Becky then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management from The College of St. Scholastica from 2000 to 2003. In 2023, Becky completed an Executive and Leadership Coaching Certification program at the Center for Executive Coaching. Additionally, they have attained various certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Becky is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and holds the ICF Member Badge.
