Jordi Gonzalez

Jordi Gonzalez, MSN, RN, PHN, CEN, is currently the Sr. Director of Nursing at PIH Health, overseeing Medical-Surgical, Acute Rehabilitation, and Perinatal Services. Prior to this, at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, Jordi served as the Director of ED/ICU and made notable accomplishments in developing plans for Immediate Jeopardy removal, TJC survey compliance, and implementing a Fast Track area. With previous experience at MLK Community Healthcare, UCLA Health, Cedars-Sinai, and LAC-USC MED CENTER, Jordi has an extensive background in nursing management, quality assurance, and patient safety. Throughout Jordi's career, there has been a focus on improving patient outcomes, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
