Kim Boyer

Kim Boyer has extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Employee Relations Director at PIH Health since April 2013. Prior roles include Sr. Employee Relations Advisor at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Children's) from April 2007 to April 2013, and Human Resources Consultant positions at Healthcare Cost Solutions, Inc. (HCS) and HR NETwork, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Kim Boyer also held various human resources roles at Pioneer Electronics for 16 years, culminating in the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Kim Boyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach.
