Stephanie Guastella has had a long career in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in executive roles focused on business development and strategic growth. Stephanie most recently worked as the Director of Strategic Growth at PIH Health, where they were responsible for increasing volume and revenue of assigned service lines across the organization. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director of Program Development at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital, where they oversaw program development initiatives. Stephanie also served as the Executive Director of Business Development and Physician Relations at MemorialCare Community Medical Center Long Beach, where they played a key role in driving expansion of healthcare delivery through evaluating new growth opportunities. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Hoag Hospital, CHOC Children's, USC University Hospital, and USC Norris Cancer Hospital. Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and marketing in various healthcare settings.

Stephanie Guastella has a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. Stephanie also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. In addition, they hold the certification of Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
