Tor-Rel Miles, LMHC, CRC, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Presbyterian Medical Services since April 2023. Previously, Tor-Rel held the role of Rehabilitation Counselor at State of the Heart Recovery, Inc. and operated as a Self-Employed Public Speaker, focusing on events aimed at benefiting individuals facing physical, mental, and socioeconomic challenges. Experience also includes work as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services, managing a caseload of over 90 residents with disabilities and collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate their vocational success. Additional roles include Council Member for the Oklahoma Statewide Independent Living Council, Staff Writer for Tulsa Star Newspaper, and involvement with Ability Resources, Inc. as both a Board Member and Board Intern, contributing to disability education initiatives. Tor-Rel holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, both from Langston University, alongside an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Tulsa Community College.
