David Randazzo

David Randazzo has a strong background in the healthcare and retirement community industry. David started as a Healthcare/Nursing Assistant at Beverly Enterprises in 1993 and later became an Administrator/Executive Director at Life Care Services in 1997. In 2004, they worked as an Executive Director at Beverly Healthcare for a short time before transitioning to Lifespace Communities, Inc. where they held the positions of Regional Director of Operations and later Executive Director of Claridge Court, Abbey Delray, and Abbey Delray South. Since 2016, they have been working as the Executive Director/Operations Leader at Westminster Communities of Florida. Overall, David has extensive experience in managing and overseeing the operations of retirement communities and has consistently demonstrated high levels of performance.

David Randazzo completed their high school education at North Fort Myers High School from 1990 to 1993. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained the NHA (National Healthcareer Association) certification from the Florida Department of Health in September 2016. David also completed the Certified Professional in Aging Services Risk Management certification in December 2015. In addition, David completed the Ritz Carlton Executive Training Program on Culture Change at Ritz-Carlton Montreal in October 2015.
