Mario Deluca

Mario DeLuca has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. Most recently, they worked at Westminster Communities of Florida as the Resident Experience, Corporate Director, where they led and supported the Resident Experience Team. Prior to that, they held various senior director roles at Sodexo, including Senior Director, Food Offer Deployment and Senior Director, Dining & Culinary. Mario also worked at Wood Dining as the National Director, Culinary & Retail Services and at Morrison Health Care Inc as the Regional Director Operations. Mario began their career as a Culinary Instructor at PCC and later worked as a Food Service Director at Marriott Management Services.

Mario DeLuca attended The Culinary Institute of America, where they obtained an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Culinary Arts. Additionally, they studied Restaurant/Food Services Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Further specifics regarding the start and end years for each education are not available.
