Samir Eljay

Samir Eljay is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in technical support and IT service management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Technician at YMCA Brisbane since November 2021, Samir has been with PresCare as a Senior Support Officer since 2011, where responsibilities include training staff and managing customer requests using ITIL methodology. Previous roles include positions at Waldon Services Pty Ltd, BoysTown, and JAV IT Group, focusing on troubleshooting, customer support, and hardware assessments. Samir holds a Master’s degree in Software Development from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Cooperative University of Colombia.
