Jennifer Nickolas

Jennifer Nickolas has a diverse work experience in contract management and legal roles. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Contracts/General Counsel at Prescient Edge. Prior to that, they worked at Optum as an Associate Director, where they were responsible for managing and negotiating subcontracts for the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network. Jennifer also developed and executed subcontracting governance processes. Before that, Jennifer held the position of Acquisition Analyst, Lead at CACI International Inc for eight years. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Contract Services Analyst at Hennepin County and as a Contractor Support at CMW & Associates, specializing in program management and contract services.

Jennifer Nickolas obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1992 to 1995. Jennifer then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1998. In addition, they also obtained a certification as a Mediator from the State of Texas in December 1997.
