Maggie McGowan

Maggie is the Global HR Lead. She holds an MS in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University and a BS in management from the University of Phoenix. Maggie has over 17 years of progressive HR leadership experience and has spent her career in the pharmaceutical industry. She has worked in both small biotech and Big Pharma and has supported both the Commercial and Development sides of the business. Maggie comes to them most recently from Sierra Oncology where she was hired to develop a comprehensive strategy for sustainable and aspirational people initiatives by defining and clarifying organizational culture, building operations, and integrating organizational development principles. She created and executed scalable, people-centered HR processes to support workforce growth, enhance employee engagement, optimize employee lifecycle interactions and align with organizational goals. At Prescient, her role is to build the People & Culture capabilities to achieve business objectives and support the future growth of the business.
