Reza Ismail MBA, CFA currently serves as the Head of Bonds and Portfolio Manager at Prescient since November 2019, with prior experience as a Fixed Income & Credit Analyst at Kagiso Asset Management from June 2014 to October 2019. In this role, Reza specialized in fixed income and credit research, credit-risk modeling, and multi-asset strategy. Reza's career began at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included the design of investment strategies and financial modeling as an Investment/Actuarial Consultant from January 2006 to May 2014. Reza obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town, and additional degrees in Islamic Studies and mathematical modeling of derivatives, complemented by the CFA certification.
