Sharon Edwards has extensive experience spanning over two decades in the tech industry, having worked in various roles at companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Point B. Throughout their career, they have held positions such as Senior Director of Revenue Operations, Principal Program Manager, Portfolio Management Office Lead, Senior Product Manager, Program Manager, and Systems Analyst/Developer. Sharon has successfully managed projects, led cross-functional teams, implemented process improvements, and optimized systems to support multi-million and billion-dollar revenue streams in the technology sector. Sharon'sexpertise lies in program and portfolio management, business launch initiatives, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Sharon Edwards completed their B.Sc. in Computer Science at Trinity College Dublin from 1993 to 1997. Sharon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management at the University of Limerick from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Sharon obtained certifications in Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute in 2019 and as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2021. Sharon also holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
