Kevin Hui has extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Since July 2016, Kevin has served as an IT Manager at Presence, providing Tier 2 technical support and resolving escalated issues between internal departments and customers. Concurrently, since September 2015, Kevin has worked at Walgreens as a cashier and in the photos department, assisting customers with transactions and photo orders. Prior to this, from July 2009 to January 2016, Kevin was a Technical Support Analyst at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included providing technical and account support to business and government subscribers. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science from the University of Utah, earned between 2001 and 2005.
