Loren Crippin ☁

Loren Crippin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They have worked as a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Senior Salesforce Consultant at Presence Product Group since 2018. Prior to that, they served as an Analyst and Salesforce Administrator at the University of California Office of the President from 2017 to 2018.

Loren also worked as the Owner/Part-time Consultant at DLE Consulting, providing digital marketing services for clients, from 2014 to 2017. They were responsible for managing various aspects of development, marketing, and communications at First Graduate from 2014 to 2017, where they successfully implemented strategies to increase revenue and engage donors.

In addition, Loren worked at the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2010 to 2013, first as a Marketing & Communications Manager and later as an Advocacy Associate. They developed and executed social media advertising and marketing strategies, managed a contract to build a mobile app, and analyzed legislative proposals related to immigration policies.

Loren's earlier work experience includes roles as a Human Rights Digital Archivist at Duke University in 2007 and as a United Nations Intern at the International Crisis Group in 2006. They also worked as a Bilingual Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Brian Conry from 2003 to 2005, where they maintained a caseload of clients and assisted in legal research and document preparation.

Loren Crippin holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy, which was obtained from Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy from 2005 to 2007. Before that, Crippin completed a Bachelor's Degree in History/Spanish Literature at Reed College from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, Crippin has several certifications including Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Conga Composer Certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. These certifications were obtained at various times between 2016 and 2022 from institutions such as Salesforce and Conga.
