Joshua Barrett

Joshua Barrett is a seasoned professional in asset management and property operations with extensive experience in the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Transactional Asset Manager at the Preservation of Affordable Housing since November 2016, Joshua has held various roles including Transactional Asset Manager and Asset Management Associate. Prior experience includes property management positions at Bozzuto and The Hanover Company, as well as community management roles at Aimco and AvalonBay Communities. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Investments from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. With a strong background in financial management, staff training, and operations oversight, Joshua has effectively managed large teams and maintained operational excellence across multiple properties.
