Kathleen Carpenter

Kathleen Carpenter is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) and POAH Communities since September 2001. In this role, Kathleen oversees recruitment, hiring, employee benefits, performance evaluations, training, and HR policy development while providing comprehensive HR support to both field and corporate staff. Prior to this position, Kathleen held the role of Office Administrator at Housing Investments, Inc. from July 1992 to September 2001 and served as Executive Assistant to the Cabinet Secretary at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Communities & Development from October 1983 to January 1990.
