Chelsea Lundquist-Wentz

Chelsea Lundquist-Wentz is an experienced academic and professional in the field of history and preservation, currently serving as an Instructor in the History Department at North Carolina State University since August 2024, teaching HI254: Modern American History. With a strong background in historic preservation, Chelsea has held multiple roles at the National Trust for Historic Preservation since August 2018, including Associate Manager for Historic Sites. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University, a Graduate Research Assistant at the Moise A. Khayrallah Center for Lebanese Diaspora Studies, and a Visitor Guide at the Architect of the Capitol. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Public/Applied History in progress at North Carolina State University, a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Appalachian State University.
