HOPE Crew Project Manager (hands-on Preservation Experience) at National Trust for Historic Preservation

Molly Baker has been with the National Trust for Historic Preservation since October 2018 as the HOPE Crew Project Manager, focusing on offering preservation trades training to a younger, more diverse audience. Prior to this, Molly worked at Melrose Plantation/APHN for over 5 years as the Site Director/Facility Manager, where Molly contributed to gaining national recognition for the site. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Northwestern State University and has a background in Building Preservation/Restoration from Belmont College.
