Cathy Coughlin is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Presidential Bank since April 2021, Cathy has previously held the position of Senior Vice President & Market Human Resources Officer at WesBanco Bank, Inc. from November 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Cathy had a long tenure at Old Line Bank, starting in October 2000 and continuing until November 2019, where roles included Director of Human Resources and Senior Vice President & Director of Human Resources.
