Tres Shepard

Director Of Information Technology at Presidio Trust

Tres Shepard has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career as an IT Consultant at Keane, Inc. in 1996 and worked there until 2003.

In 2003, Tres joined Ford Motor Company as part of the IT Leadership Program, where they had three different roles over a four-year period. They worked as a Project Manager for deploying enterprise Data Center tooling, as a Project Manager for software delivery in Materials Planning and Logistics, and as a Product Development IT Manager co-creating systems strategy alongside the business.

From 2007 to 2009, Tres held the position of Manager in the Global Remote Infrastructure Management department at Ford. They initiated and implemented ITIL-based processes and tools, built a team of over 200 resources, and managed various operations, including network and server incident management.

From 2009 to 2011, Tres served as the Manager of Enterprise Technology Research at Ford, followed by the role of IT Operations Director for the Asia Pacific region from 2011 to 2016. In this position, they effectively managed the IT operations and infrastructure project budget, improved IT services provided to joint ventures, and significantly improved budget performance and forecasting.

After leaving the IT Operations Director role, Tres became an IT Business Relationship Manager for Corporate Systems at Ford from 2016 to 2017.

Most recently, Tres became the Director of Information Technology at Presidio Trust in September 2022.

Tres Shepard pursued their education starting in 1992 at Ohio University, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. After this, they took a break from their academic journey and later resumed it in 2002. During that time, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, for a year and successfully obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management of Technology in 2003.
